Support Ticket Process


  • Access the True Tech Solutions Portal by the link www.crm.truetech-sol.com
  • client login shall be provided to users that can login to True Tech Solutions web portal to launch Support Ticket.
  • Support Ticket can also be generated via phone call during the business hours.
  • 1st Response Shall be provided via Remote Access using TeamViewer/ Any Desk.
  • If required Support Engineer will be deputed for site visit. Engineer will move to the site within 3 days depending upon the site location and travel time.
  • Support Ticket shall be resolved according to the Ticket severity level and action plan defined in the Support table.
  • All Support Tickets and resolution actions shall be logged on the Support Portal
